1. Source and screen investment deal candidates; conduct business and financial analysis on target industry segment and companies
2. Lead and facilitate financial, technology and business due diligence for target candidates
3. Prepare internal review and approval documents
4. Drive investment negotiation, closing, and related events
5. Track financial and business performance of invested companies and prepare written update
6. Facilitate the implementation and development of business cooperation between Baidu and invested companies
7. Develop internal and external connections to develop deal pipeline
8. Conduct corporate strategy research upon need
任職資格：
1. MA MS MBA or PhD degree from top universities
2. Strategic thinking, strong analytical skill, articulate and self-driven, personable
3. In depth understanding of internet and mobile business
4. 6+ years in investment, consulting, investment bank, corporate venture, or strategy development
