財務(wù)專業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷
?
有財務(wù)工作經(jīng)驗5年以上，有外企財務(wù)工作經(jīng)驗 行業(yè)不限；
?
英語聽說讀寫流利
?
有團(tuán)隊管理經(jīng)驗
?
熟悉總賬、應(yīng)收、應(yīng)付等財務(wù)內(nèi)容
?
熟悉SAP Oracle ERP等大型財務(wù)系統(tǒng)
?
有注冊會計師或中高級會計師相關(guān)證書優(yōu)先
?
Responsibilities:
?
1. Conduct periodic reviews with the team, monitor daily dashboards, provide guidance and support to the team to ensure delivery predictability
?
2. Implement career development & succession plan for the direct reports, to ensure sustainable employee engagement & motivation within the team
?
3. Create improvement plan in discussion with the customer to enhance customer satisfaction
?
4. Develop plans, identify people, coordinate with the transition team for the specific process to deliver target
?
5. Build effective knowledge repository for the process
?
6. Implement identified opportunities to impact client business metrics
?
7. Partner with SDL on opportunities within existing service lines for growth to meet business objectives
?
Requirement:
?
1. Bachelor's or equivalent Degree holder with a major in accounting
?
2. Fluent in English and Mandarin, knowledge of other language will be a plus
?
3. Minimum of 5 years in F&A practice, including 3 years in people management role, experience in BPO industry is must.
?
4. Proficient in MS office tools & ERP /SAP based accounting applications
?
5. Good understanding of business needs and effective management communication
?
6. High business acumen with good analytical and problem solving skills
?
7. Strong sense of accountability and responsibility on tasks assigned
?
8. Self-motivated and able to perform under pressure, when required
?
