工作職責(zé):
?
Coordinating customer feedback and internal quality problems, maintenance the production line and quality system’s normal operation according to the requirement of quality system, assisting other departments for continuous improving. ?1. Collecting and calculating customer CLR and WR and formulate correction plan. 2. All quality tools and method are applied in production procedure, include customer requirements. 3. Improving and optimizing production procedure according to quality management system. 4. Handling customer complaints and claim timely, conducting defect analysis (8D report). 5. Coordination works about internal and external quality problems.

任職資格:
?
1. Bachelor degree, science major related. ?2. Good Chinese and English expression, proficient computer skills. ?3. Familiar with quality management and five tools, know well about test and measurement skill. 4. Over three year’s customer quality experience in automotive industry. ?5. Good communication and team work spirit, outstanding independent problem solving ability.
