職位要求與描述：
General:
Lead establishment of a br new WFOE company in China f the Cpation. We expect this plant to grow substantially over the next 2-4 years service both the domestic China expt diesel fuel injection markets. Target products f production in this facility will be precision fuel system machined components, diesel pumps injects, fuel filters. Once operational, the Direct of Operations will be responsible f managing driving results f all areas of operations. This specifically includes implementation of Lean Manufacturing processes, improving service to our customers, ensuring Quality, Delivery Cost objectives are met, providing a safe desirable wk environment.
Qualification Stards:
1.BS in Engineering preferred, MBA similar desirable
2.10+ years experience, preferably in precision machining assembly of high-technology products f the diesel automotive industry serving large OEM customers. Strong knowledge of basic metal manufacturing processes including machining, grinding, heat treatment, precision assembly perfmance testing.
3.At least 5 years in a manufacturing management role, with demonstrated improvement in measurable quality, delivery cost during this time.
4.Experience with Lean Manufacturing methods strongly preferred
5.Financial analysis skills (budget, P&L, margin ROI analysis, etc)
6.Strong interpersonal skills
7.Some travel required in China, occasionally overseas (India, US, Europe).
8.Cidate must be available to spend at least 3 months in the US Europe during the first 6 months of employement f training benchmarking other facilities.
Essential Functions:
1. Implement 5 year strategic plan to launch deliver planned sales new China manufacturing facility f several product lines (may include diesel pumps injects, filters precision machined components)
2.Establish a new WFOE enterprise in the ed location ensure the new facility is ready on schedule in accdance with specifications as well as all local laws regulations
3.Hire lead Stanadyne China Operations team
a.Value Stream Managers (supervising each area of productions)
b.Material planning, supplier development quality
c.Implementation of Lean Manufacturing
d.Manufacturing Product Suppt engineering
e.Finance administration suppt
f.Human resources
4.Lead the Plant''s complete supply-chain management to include planning, sourcing, production, shipping/logistics, quality, quantity objectives, with other plants as well as vends customers.
5.Develop a strategy f drive process improvements. Leader monit plant perfmance through direct involvement, team development, coaching, establishment of goals good ermeasure practices. Assure codination of plant functions, responsibilities, budgetary perfmance, manpower utilization, skills, equipment, facilities.
6.Motivate all plant employees, encouraging optimum productivity, develop, train, assist, advise superviss administer company policies procedures knowledgeably. Encourage open employee communications.
7.Plan determine manpower requirements based on an understing of goals objectives.
8.Direct the maintenance of a safe healthy wking environment by eliminating hazards, training employees, promoting safety awareness. Continually upgrade, direct, comply with, enfce Company safety programs policies.
9.Maintain building, grounds, equipment, facilities to provide sustain a quality-wking environment supptive of maximum efficiency, productivity, return on investment.
