We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to lead global licensing-in (License-In) and mergers & acquisitions (M&A) initiatives, focusing on radiopharmaceuticals (nuclear medicine) and oncology interventional products. The ideal candidate will have a strong scientific background, exceptional negotiation skills, and fluency in English to drive partnerships and strategic deals worldwide.

核心職責 / Key Responsibilities

1. 項目發(fā)掘與執(zhí)行 / Deal Sourcing & Execution
?
在全球范圍內(nèi)尋找、評估并談判核藥與腫瘤介入領域的License-in、合作及并購機會。
?
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate global licensing,collaboration, and M&A opportunities in nuclear medicine and oncology interventional therapies.
?
主導盡職調(diào)查（科學、臨床、商業(yè)評估）及交易結(jié)構(gòu)設計（如授權(quán)條款、聯(lián)合開發(fā)協(xié)議）。
?
Lead due diligence processes and structure term sheets/agreements
?
(e.g., licensing, co-development).
?
2. 市場戰(zhàn)略 / Market Strategy
?
分析全球腫瘤治療領域趨勢、競爭格局及新興技術。
?
Analyze global market trends and competitive landscapes in oncology/therapeutic areas.
?
制定潛在合作伙伴（生物科技公司、藥企、學術機構(gòu)）的目標清單。
?
Develop target lists for potential partners.
?
3. 跨部門協(xié)作 / Stakeholder Engagement
?
與研發(fā)、法律、財務及臨床團隊協(xié)作，確保商務策略落地。
?
Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, legal, finance, and clinical teams.
?
任職要求 / Qualifications
?
1. 學歷 / Education:
?
碩士及以上學歷，生命科學、醫(yī)學、生物工程等相關專業(yè)（博士/MBA優(yōu)先）。
?
Master’s degree or higher in Life Sciences,Medicine, or related fields (PhD/MBA a plus).
?
2. 經(jīng)驗 / Experience:
?
3年以上制藥/生物科技行業(yè)商務拓展、License-in或并購經(jīng)驗（核藥/腫瘤領域優(yōu)先）。
?
3+ years in BD, licensing, or M&A within pharma/biotech (oncology/nuclear medicine experience preferred).
?
有成功完成交易（授權(quán)、合作或并購）的案例。
?
Proven track record of closed deals.
?
3. 技能 / Skills:
?
英語流利（口語/書面），具備出色的談判與演示能力。
?
Fluent English with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
?
能分析科學/臨床數(shù)據(jù)并轉(zhuǎn)化為商業(yè)機會。
?
Ability to translate scientific data into business opportunities.
